Paula Diaz, MFA

Paula holds a Master of Fine Arts in poetry from the University of Iowa’s Writers’ Workshop and, for the last 25 years, has helped writers unearth & ground their voices as a university professor & dean. She has published poetry in the Denver Quarterly and The Colorado North Review (and got a “try again” from The New Yorker), and is the editor of a collection of poems, the hill, by Robert Lax. She has lived, learned, & because alliteration demands it, loved at home in the States and abroad in England, Austria, Greece, and The Netherlands. She continues to do all three, with her family, in Chicago, Illinois.
